Thematically, my work explores sites that recreate and curate the natural world. In Memory Theatre, the garden/botanical glasshouse acts as a model through which I explore how we visualise, experience and consume the spectacle of nature within contemporary culture during a time of environmental uncertainty. Gardens also act as ‘Theatre of the real,’ echoing the visual and conceptual tropes of representational painting, employing illusion and virtuality to reimagine the world.

就主題而言，我的作品探索再創造與管理自然世界的場址。記憶劇場中，花園/植物園玻璃屋化為模型，藉此想像、體驗與消費環境不確定性的時代裡，當代文化中的自然奇觀。花園也成了「現實劇場」，呼應具象繪畫的視覺與概念比喻，利用幻覺與虛擬重新想像世界。
