I live by the sea where the light is constantly changing. I love the sparkle of sunlight dancing on the water. This painting is about that. The figures and horses, silhouetted against the backlit sea, are from the small fishing town of Mamallapuram in South India.
我住在海邊，這裡的光線總是不斷變換。我愛陽光在水面上閃耀起舞，這幅畫就是在描繪此景。人物和馬匹的剪影映襯著背光的海面，這是南印度馬馬拉普拉姆的小漁鎮風景。
