Braised Pork Rice, Stinky Tofu, and Pork Ribs Soup are known as the most popular local delicacies in Taiwan. Braised Pork Rice can even claim the title of King of the folk cuisine, while the gourmet Shu Guo Zhi named Braised Pork Rice as the “National Rice” of Taiwan.
「滷肉飯」、「臭豆腐」、「排骨湯」堪稱臺灣最大眾化的在地美食，其中「滷肉飯」可說是庶民美食之王，美食家舒國治更把滷肉飯譽為臺灣的「國飯」。
