此幅所有的物象不再成為要角，「光」在池塘的掩藏下成為心靈探測的秘密通道。作者試圖以平凡的題材，探索現代水彩的可能性與未來性，並且持續突破對池塘的表現觀點。
Everything in the frame is no longer of significance. The “light”, concealed by the pond, becomes the secret passage to mind exploration. Employing an ordinary theme, the artist attempts to probe into the possibility and the futurity of modern watercolor painting, while breaking the limitation of pond’s presentation.
